Loan programs are available to business owners planning to operate or that are currently operating in low to moderate income census tracts of Los Angeles County. CFRC currently offers three loan programs:

CFRC Capital Partners Micro-Loan Program

A comprehensive program that offers loans, business training and education, group support, and networking opportunities to self-employed business owners and entrepreneurs with limited access to working capital. Individuals must complete both the business orientation and the required technical assistance training modules by working together in groups of 3-5 participants. Loans are offered in graduated amounts from $500 to 5,000. The program is available to both start-up and existing businesses.

Seed Loan Program

This program provides micro-loans to businesses in operation for one-year or more seeking small amounts of capital ranging from $5,000-$30,000.

Business Expansion Program

A flexible lending program for businesses in operation for three or more years seeking financing ranging from $30,000-$250,000.
